All of our items are handcrafted and will have variations. Due to the handcrafted nature of the items for sale on this website, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in extreme cases, such as items arriving severely damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at using the box below, and we’ll work to resolve it.
